Speed Painting Marathon in Silver Dollar City!

Posted on Apr 11th, 2017

Whew! It’s been quite a ride speed painting at Silver Dollar City the last couple weeks!

A few months ago, Team PaintJam and I accepted the offer to perform at Silver Dollar City in Branson for the month of April. It’s been a great opportunity to workshop some routines and try new things with my performance, and my muscles are sure sore this morning from nearly a week of performing!

Speed painting is quite the workout for me and the stage crew, and I knew it was going to be a marathon this month. What we were unprepared for is how much fun we are having and what a sweet little park this is!

The best part of the show so far has been the audience participation segment – we’ve had volunteers from age 5 to age 95!

Team Paintjam is working hard with my stage manager Matthew and Cindy working merchandise and sales. Paintings and merchandise are selling well and the audiences are just lovely. And Danny our sound guy. Thanks ya’ll!

Time to get my coffee and do it again. I can’t wait! No better way to tighten up an act! Where’s my ibuprofen?

Are you near Branson, Missouri this month? Come check out the show! Details at www.silverdollarcity.com.
